Hope

Poverty is not necessarily an issue to solve; it is an opportunity to serve. As we go through each day, our heart’s cry should be, Lord, where would you have me give, serve, and invest myself to bring hope to the poor?

Poverty is not necessarily an issue to solve;

But you can make a difference.

As we go through each day, our heart’s cry should be, Lord, where would you have me give, serve, and invest myself to bring hope to the poor?”

Where is your heart today?

Are you willing to give?

      Hi Katrinan When you sponsor a child the cost $38 a month. Your sponsorship provides clean water, medical care, educational opportinities, but moost of all your sponsored child will hear about Jesus Christ and be encouraged to develope a life long relationship with God. You will also receive your child’s photo and personal story. You then will be able to write letters back and forth with your child and there are also opportunities to visit your child on a Compassion sponsor visit. I hope this helps answer your question if you have anymore please feel free to ask more or you can also go to http://www.compassion.com for more information. Have a blessed day!

    Thank you T for sharing how God has touched your heart for these children, how wonderful that you responded and freely give with Joy and then you reach out to others sharing your heart need to see these Children cared for, God will overflow you T with many blessings for your faithfulness.

    2 Corinthians 9:6-7 But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully. Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God Loveth a cheerful giver.

      Thank you Anne for your kindness. Sorry I did not get back to answer sooner, I had my second knee surgery this past Wednesday and have not been on the blog much this week. I hope you are doing well and will be stopping by your blog later today.

          Thank you Anne. I am feeling much stronger, the knees do hurt but each day is better than the one before. Hopefully in a few weeks I will be good as new. I hope you are doing well too. Thank you for your prayers!
