Who You Want Me To Be

Lead me, Guide me, Show me, Stand beside me as I go.

Let my hands be your hands, let my feet be your feet.

Lead my feet to become beautiful feet, that are willing and able to go where ever you may send them. No matter where, give me the courage I need to stay the course and complete the journey.

Guide my hands to become beautiful hands as you teach them to be hard working hands that touch where you want them to touch, leaving your handprints scattered all over the place.

Show me how to let go of myself and stand holding only on to you. Using only your strength to be the person who you sent me to be.

A beautiful prayer of submission T seeking God’s will not your own , we are Jesus, arms , hands, feet and voice , we are His body to help each other and reach out to a hurting world and God motivates us and empowers us to do so when we choose to as you have done.

Love Joy and many Blessings for Christmas and the New Year from both of us, thank you T for time we have shared together Blogging, you have always blessed me with your honesty.

    Christmas Love – Anne

Thank you Anne. This week I and a group of friends from my church went to Atlanta to help with the Operation Christmas Child shoebox program. As you know I have been recuperating from Knee surgery and my knees have not been feeling well like I had hoped they would, I wrote this prayer the night before we started our work. Amazingly the 3 days we were there my knees felt pretty good most of the time and I was able to do the work. More proof that God will enable a person to do the job he sends us to do if we just show up. Thank you for stopping by my blog and for all the encouragement you always seem to have. You have no idea how much you have blessed me. I also hope that you and Ron have a wonderful Christmas and New Year full of many blessings. 🙂

What are your thoughts? I'd love to hear them!
