Passing Through

From the minute we are conceived we are just passing through.  We grow inside our mother’s womb all warm and snuggly until suddenly we are expelled from our familiar warm comfortable home out into a whole new world.

From there we grow from babies to children and from children into young adults. We then move out from under the protection of our parents’ home out on our own yet again to learn how to survive in another new world.

After we are out on our own we eventually learn how to make our way as adults soon having children of our own.   In just a blink of an eye our children will have passed through our homes to go out into the world to make lives of their own.

During the course of my life a lot of people have come and gone. Some passed through staying only briefly and a some have stayed forever.  Sometimes its hard to let someone go that I love even though I know passing through is what is best for them, I selfishly want what is best for me.

When I look back over my life I can see that each person who’s life crossed mine has had a special reason for passing through it.  Most touching my life in some special way, some have touched it more than others and some will be imprinted in my heart deeply forever.

While on this earth we will all pass in and out of one another’s lives as we  journey along our own path’s that God is leading us to follow.   Eventually one day reaching our Heavenly destination where we will no longer be just passing through.

Philippians 3:20 But our citizenship is in heaven. And we eagerly await a Savior from there, the Lord Jesus Christ

Hebrews 11:9-10 By faith he made his home in the promised land like a stranger in a foreign country; he lived in tents, as did Isaac and Jacob, who were heirs with him of the same promise.  For he was looking forward to the city with foundations, whose architect and builder is God.

Thank you T for your message from a heart that values people and not just for what they can give or do for you but as V.N.P = Very Needed People.

I find it very hard to say goodbye T to those that I have shared my heart with, I value them as very important in my life and I know that when we are united eternally in Christ Jesus, He bonds our hearts, so that regardless of distance or time it does not matter we are close.

Most of my Sydney friends I have known from 25 to 30 years, I don’t see them often and their not into Blogging but we stay in touch and when we are together it’s like we have never been apart, we are also in unity in what we believe and I know we will never really be apart but do you know when I first met them they were complete strangers, just like when I first met you dear T 🙂

I never give up on anyone but I realize a friendship cannot continue when only one person is seeking for it to do so and this is the same with God and why He tells us to seek Him and Love Him with all our heart, if we are luke – warm we will loose our focus and become worldly and so loose our fellowship with Him something that He never wants to happen but it’s our choice and He will never go against our free will but then He does know His heart Children even before we are conceived and that we will come to heart repentance and so He chooses us to be conformed into the image of Jesus but when this happens, is our choice too, believe me I wasted a lot of my life, thankfully He never gives up on us.

I’m now going to try and catch up T with your Posts that I have missed, well at least some of them, so please check back just in case you don’t receive notification.

    Christian Love Anne
